Be Heard | How You Can Make Teams Better For Your Organization
Welcome to Day 3 of PixelMill’s ’12 Days of Microsoft Teams’ series! The best way to spread technological cheer is by voicing your ideas for all to hear. Enjoy!
While we have been Microsoft Teams (Teams) fans from Day 1, there have been many opportunities to improve along the way. While Teams continues to mature and expand its functionality and offerings there are still some gaps. Is there a feature you feel is missing?
One of the things I love most about Microsoft is that they give users a voice. Microsoft Teams’ functionality has grown leaps and bounds since its inception. Almost daily we see some new feature, and many of those come from users like you and I. The Customer Advocacy Team inside Microsoft Teams Engineering offers up a user feedback forum via User Voice that fosters collaboration around requested features by soliciting feedback and allowing users to vote for features they want to see added to Teams. The most requested features will likely hit the roadmap.
So, how do you make your voice known?
Visit https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/ where you can vote for existing ideas, submit new ones, rate the product, and comment on idea threads.
How do you know you’re being heard?
The Customer Advocacy Team updates work items monthly so you can check back on the status of your feedback there. You can also follow their blog for official announcements, and review the roadmap to see what upcoming features are on their way.
Is there a missing feature that’s bottlenecking Teams adoption at your organization? A PixelMill Teams expert would love to chat with you to find out if there’s a way to remedy it. Let’s chat today!
