Why Use MS Forms?
Forms allows nearly any user in your organization to quickly create and send a survey, quiz, or poll, and generate a results report instantly.
- Does HR need a poll on a health coverage concern?
- Does Corporate Communications want to learn more about how they can communicate best with your team?
- Is marketing looking for insight into a new campaign concept? Forms to the rescue!
How is PixelMill Using MS Forms?
Here at PixelMill, we use forms for many purposes, from client feedback, user information gathering, to internal sales documentation.
Our sales department uses Forms to gather important scoping information to ensure we ask the right questions and capture all necessary information. We also use several branded forms to gather information from our clients as well, including check-ins, case studies, and gathering feedback on completed projects. We then use MS Flow to set up workflows to handle the results of our form. After a client survey is submitted, it prompts a Flow that generates a OneNote with the results, posts a message in the Sales channel in Microsoft Teams to alert the sales team that a new satisfaction survey has been submitted.
5 Reasons We Love MS Forms:
- They are incredibly easy to set up.
- You can duplicate a form, making creating variations and versions a breeze.
- You can generate a quick easy to absorb summary in real time that you can share with your team.
- You can export form results and view them in Excel.
- You can easily brand your form for public or internal consumption.
